You approve the storyboard before we render a single frame, so you always see what you are paying for. Credits are consumed at approval and are not refundable; if a scene misses, regenerate it free. Cancelling stops renewal and leaves the current period usable.
FAQ
Questions hosts actually ask.
Does it change my property?+
No. The model is instructed to move the camera and adjust light only — it may not add, remove or restyle furniture, fixtures, walls, windows or the view, and it may not invent rooms or put people in your space. You review every keyframe before anything renders, and you can regenerate any scene that drifts.
Is this allowed on Airbnb?+
Your photos are yours, and an animated version of a photo you took of your own listing is your media to use. What is not allowed anywhere is misleading media, which is exactly why fidelity is enforced in the prompt and why you approve the storyboard. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc.
Do I need a listing URL?+
No. Pasting your Airbnb link is a shortcut that saves you a few drags. Upload works identically and is the path we guarantee: if a listing page changes shape or blocks the import, you drag in three to five photos and nothing about the product changes.
What if I do not like a scene?+
Regenerate it. Every scene includes one free regeneration with a different camera move, and you can swap the source photo or the style preset from the storyboard before spending anything at all.
Which languages can the captions be in?+
English, Spanish, Portuguese (BR), French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Arabic. Pro and Studio export one video per language plus .srt sidecars; Starter is English only.
How long does a video take?+
Usually four to eight minutes from approval to download. Each scene is generated independently and then merged, so a five-scene video is not five times slower than a one-scene video.
Do credits expire?+
Subscription credits reset each period, with one month of unused quota rolling over once. One-off credits from Single Video and packs are valid for twelve months.
Can I get a refund?+
Credits are consumed when you approve a storyboard, and at that point the render is a delivered service, so approved videos are not refundable. That is precisely why the storyboard step exists — you see the keyframes, moves and captions first, and cancelling a subscription always leaves the period you already paid for usable.
Who owns the video?+
You do. Use it on any channel, for as long as you like. Paid plans export with no Flowbnb branding.
What resolution do I get?+
Delivery is 1080×1920 vertical, plus 1920×1080 landscape on Pro and Studio. Studio renders natively at 1080p; Starter and Pro render at 720p and are upscaled on the way out, which is indistinguishable on a phone and materially cheaper to produce.
