1. What we collect
Account data — your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. That is the whole of it; there is no password, because we never ask for one.
Content — the listing photos you upload or that we import from a listing URL you give us, and the videos, soundtracks and captions produced from them.
Usage — which videos you generated, when, and whether they succeeded. We use this to run the service and to understand our own costs.
Payment data— handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. We store only Stripe’s customer identifier so we can match a payment to an account.
2. Who processes it
Google Cloud and Firebase host the application, the database and your files. Google Vertex AI runs the models that generate video, music and captions from your photos. Stripe processes payments.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train models.
3. Where it is stored
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using Flowbnb involves transferring your data there.
4. How long we keep it
Photos, videos and job records stay while your account exists, so you can come back to a video months later. Intermediate working files are deleted as soon as a render finishes. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
5. Your choices
You can delete any listing or video from your dashboard at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we will do it — permanently, not archived.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to some processing. Ask and we will comply.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and privacy-preserving analytics to count page views. No advertising trackers, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
