Terms of Service

1. What Flowbnb does

Flowbnb turns photographs you already own into short vertical videos with camera movement, a generated soundtrack and captions. We animate your photos. We do not add rooms, furniture, views or features that are not in the images you supply.

Flowbnb is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, Inc.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping access to the email address you signed in with. One person or company per account; the Studio plan includes 3 seats.

3. Your photos and your videos

You keep ownership of every photo you upload and of every video we produce from it. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your images, process them through our generation pipeline, and deliver the result back to you.

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to appear, or property you have no right to market.

We may show a video you produced as a public example only if you publish it to our gallery yourself. We never do that on your behalf.

4. Plans, credits and billing

A credit is one video. Subscription plans include a number of credits each billing period; one-off purchases and credit packs add credits that stay valid for twelve months and do not expire when a plan changes.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion charge, which is between you and your bank.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for stays usable until it ends.

5. When a credit is consumed

Nothing is charged against your balance while you are exploring. We build a storyboard first and show it to you: the scenes, the camera moves, the captions. A credit is consumed at the moment you approve that storyboard, because that is when we start paying for generation.

A consumed credit is not refundable. Once a video is generated the cost is real and already incurred, and you saw exactly what you were approving before it was. This is why the storyboard step exists.

6. When something goes wrong on our side

If a render fails because of us — a generation error, a timeout, a broken assembly — your credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not have to ask.

If a single scene is not what you wanted, you can regenerate it once at no cost. Beyond that, and where the result is genuinely not what we described, contact us: we would rather give you a courtesy credit than argue about it.

Returned credits are credits, not money. We do not reverse card charges for videos that were delivered.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Flowbnb to produce material that is unlawful, deceptive about a property’s real condition, or designed to impersonate someone. We may suspend an account that does, and we may refuse to generate specific content.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a fixed delivery time, or that generated output will meet a particular subjective standard. Generation depends on third-party model providers.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you get or what you pay, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to credits you have already bought.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms, a charge, or a video that did not come out right: reply to any receipt or email us at support@flowbnb.pro.
